Band Nomination
Before nominating your band, please read the Musicians Notes so you will understand the philosophy and operation of the festival.
Submission of a Band Nomination acknowledges your acceptance of the Band Nomination Terms and Conditions listed below.
Registrations are once again to be completed via the online registration process.

Registration of Bands including the names of the musicians and band availability over the weekend is required for programming purposes.
Musicians are limited to participating in THREE bands to facilitate programming. Band Leaders are advised that for programming purposes when a musician is attempting to participate in more than THREE bands only the first 3 bands registered with that musician will have that musician included as a member. Therefore managing any potential clashes are your responsibility when the draft program is released.
Band leaders should remind their musicians that it is imperative that they complete the online registration process which allows them to be included in the musician disbursement process.
All registrations, if completed successfully, will result in an automated email confirmation.
If this is not received, please check your spam folder or you may need to repeat the registration process.

Terms & Conditions:
a) Closing Date: 30th September 2024.
b) You are required to Inform Band Members that you have nominated them in a band to perform at the festival and that all musicians in a programmed band must also register individually by the closing date for Musician Registration.
c) Nomination Acceptance will be notified as soon as practical.
d) The festival committee reserves the right to decline any band nomination.
e) There is no fee to register a band.
f) Each band will be required to be programmed and perform at a minimum of two session of typically 45 - 50min duration (1hr turnaround).
g) You are giving permission to the festival to use any bio information, photos and/or video links of the band which has been supplied by you, to be used on the festival web site, APP, Facebook and/or festival program and any other festival promotion.
h) On arrival in Port Fairy you will need to attend the Jazz Office, where you will verify that all band members are as per the registration or amend the band registration sheet appropriately, by completing the Band Leader Sign Off Form(s) and returning that signed form to the festival Office during the Office Hours of the festival.
