Before registering, please read the Musicians Notes so you will understand the philosophy and operation of the festival. |

To make payment for partners the following details are provided:
Festival banking Details
You can Direct debit to Western Victoria Jazz Productions Inc. BSB 633000, Account No. 160138731 and clearly put in Surname & Post Code in direct debit description.
To send a cheque to the festival, make it payable to Port Fairy Jazz Festival, and post to:- Port Fairy Jazz Festival, PO Box 624, Warrnambool. 3280
The Statement of Supplier needs to be completed and signed, it then needs to be forwarded to us by either, email as an attachment or by post to the above address.
